Terms of service

The service

Runs It All connects to a WhatsApp number you control and, on your behalf, answers your customers, books appointments into your calendar, records orders, sends reminders and follow-ups, and shows you what it did. It is provided by [Legal entity name] (“we”) to you, the business (“you”).

Your responsibilities

• You own or are authorised to use the WhatsApp number you connect, and you keep it connected in line with WhatsApp’s own terms.
• You obtain your customers’ consent before automated messages are sent to them, and you honour their requests to stop. The service enforces STOP requests automatically; you must not work around that.
• You keep your services, prices, hours and policies accurate. The assistant only says what your account tells it.
• You review and confirm payments yourself. The assistant records a customer’s payment claim and shows it to you; it never marks an order paid on its own.
• You do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing, to deceive customers, or for anything unlawful.

What the assistant will and will not do

• It books, moves or cancels an appointment, or records an order, only after the customer has said yes to that specific action.
• It never invents a price, an opening or a policy; when it does not know, it says so and hands the conversation to you.
• It identifies itself as an automated assistant when asked and never claims to be a person.
• It hands conversations to you when a customer asks for a person, is upset, disputes a payment, or when it cannot help after trying.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled from your billing page. A “conversation” is one reply written by the AI model; replies produced by rules are not counted. If you reach your plan’s monthly allowance, the assistant continues to answer what rules can answer and holds other messages for you; you can buy additional replies at any time. Founding prices apply for as long as you keep the plan you signed up on.

Availability

We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. WhatsApp, the AI model provider and your internet connection are outside our control. If the AI model is unavailable, the assistant continues to answer by rules, tells customers that a person will reply, and notifies you.

Data

Your customers’ conversations and bookings are yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. You can export them and close your account at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost bookings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end the service for misuse, non-payment, or where continuing would breach WhatsApp’s terms or the law, and will tell you why.
